A visit to Quintins restaurant in lanzarote puerto del carmen gives evidence to the splendour of the french and europeen kitchen that reigns with its symbol of refinement.Finn Osullivan opened this restaurant in 2004 which in febuary 2013  passed it over to his 8 working years head chef who was trained in the "palace Meurice paris".Therefore everything from the bread to the pasta and dessert,are made in the restaurant.Products are bought in the Lanzarote market daily,and they feel very proud of the quality and high levels of their food.
